Originally hired as Social Media Manager, I was promoted to Brand Manager within three months, taking on a dual role that ensured the brand’s message and tone remained cohesive across all media channels. My responsibilities included:
- Content Management: Curated and expanded Adriana Gallardo's brand presence across seven social media channels, achieving high engagement levels, increasing reach, and significantly boosting brand awareness across the United States and Latin America.
- Analytics & Insights: Monitored and analyzed weekly performance metrics, including KPIs and audience insights, to refine strategies, optimize content, and maximize audience impact through a data-driven approach.
- Creative Direction: Directed all video and photo shoots, overseeing conceptualization, execution, and production to deliver impactful visual content that aligned with AGI’s brand vision and goals.
- Strategic Brand Management: Ensured consistency and alignment of the brand’s tone and messaging across all channels, contributing to a unified and compelling brand narrative that resonated with target audiences.
This role allowed me to combine strategic thinking with creative leadership, driving measurable growth while ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all platforms.
